Vizyon Ready to Use Chocolate Mirror Glaze provides a shiny and glamorous glaze that is simple and easy to use. Enhance the allure of pastry products and achieve a glassy, glaze shine by providing brightness, colour and flavour over just about any type of sweet or dessert.

Vizyon mirror glazes will minimise moisture loss from your cakes and maintain a long-lasting shine as well as being freeze-thaw stable. Best of all, the Ready to Use Glaze is gluten free and vegan, with no animal by-products.

The Vizyon Ready to Use Mirror Glaze provides an optimum consistency in it’s liquid form, with no water required to be added. It can be poured and used straight from the bottle. A gorgeous, shimmery appearance which can be used as a glaze layer for cakes, fruits, pastries and tarts, sealing in freshness and adding to its shelf life. Fantastic to use over cheesecakes, mousse cakes and birthday cakes.

Ideal to use for drip cake finishes either out of the bottle, or through a piping bag. The glaze will run down the cake and then settle with a nice soft finish. And if you need to touch up a drip, the glaze can also easily be re-added to an existing drip to extend or thicken.

The Chocolate Mirror glaze has a light chocolate flavour that will not spoil or over-power the flavour in the cake. Achieve a nice chocolate glaze over your treats without creating an over-sugary taste. Great for use over donuts, pastries and cupcakes to add colour and flavour. Pour the glaze into a bowl and dip donuts straight into the glaze.

Chocolate Mirror glaze is also perfect to mix with the other glazes in the Ready to Use range to create your own unique designs and finishes.

Without the need to add water, you will find that the Ready to Use glaze will have;

  • no air bubbles
  • a more shiny and smoother appearance
  • a more stable finish after application to cakes with no rubberisation of the glaze

Directions;

  • Shake bottle well for 8-10 seconds
  • Apply the glaze directly over the pastry products, or other items such as ice cream, pound cake, muffins, or donuts for decorative purposes
  • Smooth out if required using a brush or spatula
  • Can also be applied to plated desserts to add and enhance the appearance and decoration
