How to Order

Orders can be placed online through our website.  We welcome your calls for advice on products by phoning us on (04) 3857424 or 0508 78275 463.

New Zealand Delivery

We deliver throughout New Zealand using couriers and require a physical street address or business address for delivery (we cannot deliver to a P O Box).  Standard courier delivery charges apply.

Standard delivery timeframe:-

North Island 1-2 working days
South Island 2-3 working days
Rural delivery addresses may take an additional 1-2 days as they will be referred onto the rural delivery driver for delivery.  Please note these are estimated delivery times only and can differ from time-to-time for reasons beyond our control.

We use signature required couriers, if you wish to have your parcel left without a signature, or have special delivery instructions, please advise us in the comments section when placing your order.  Special delivery instructions may result in increased costs i.e. rural delivery or Saturday delivery.  Please note that if you request your parcel to be left without a signature and it is stolen, we will not replace it.  We can lodge a claim with the couriers, but this does take time and we will not take responsibility, nor will we replace or refund, until the claim process is complete.

Payment Options

We accept credit card payment on-line when processing your order.

Credit Card

For credit card payments, we use DPS (Payment Express), a worldwide secure payment processing site, which accepts all major credit cards and guarantees your payment is secure.  Anyone with a credit card can use DPS (Payment Express), you do not need to create an account.

Permission to Return and to Receive a Credit

We package your order carefully to ensure items do not arrive damaged, but in the event any product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If a wrong product has been sent, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem and send out the correct product.

Please choose your items carefully and allow yourself enough time for delivery, as we do not refund because you have changed your mind, or your order has not arrived in time (please refer to standard delivery timeframe mentioned above).

If you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately as we require the product to be returned PRIOR to sending a replacement or applying a credit.
In the event that we are out of stock of any item you will be credited for this item only.  No out of stock items will be put on back order.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card .  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
