                ROYAL ICING:

                Confectionary sugar, powdered egg albumen, cream of tartar, water and food colour.
 

FOOD COLOURS PRESENT

YELLOW 5 - E102 (TARTRAZINE), RED 4 - E124 (PONCEAU), BLUE 1 – E133 (BRILLIANT BLUE), BLUE 2 – E132 (INDIGO CARMINE)
 

Storage Conditions:

Products should be kept in a dry ambient storage.
(optimum conditions are 28 Celsius and at most 30% humidity)

Product should be protected from sunlight to avoid fading of or change in the original colours.

SHELF LIFE:

Shelf life is 2 years if kept sealed in airtight dry storage.  All ingredients used are 100% edible.
